By using our website https://extramobility.store and/or placing an order with Extra Mobility, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. General

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, specifications, and availability without prior notice.
  • Images are for illustration only. Actual product colour and features may vary slightly.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are accepted via website, phone, email…
  • Payment is required in full at time of order via bank transfer

3. Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times: Metro areas 2–7 business days | Regional & remote 5–14 business days.
  • Signature is required on delivery unless “Authority to Leave” is selected.
  • Risk passes to you upon delivery.

4. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Try your product at home for 30 days. If you’re not completely happy, return it in as-new condition for a full refund (excludes custom orders and hygiene items). Return shipping is at buyer’s cost unless the item is faulty.

5. Warranty

  • All new products carry a minimum 24-month warranty (many 3–5 years).
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only – does not cover misuse, accidents, or normal wear.
  • Batteries are warranted for 12 months.
  • We handle all warranty claims directly – no need to contact the manufacturer.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, standard Australian Consumer Law applies.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
